The Position
We’re seeking a proactive and commercially minded Legal Counsel to join a growing in-house legal team supporting an international governance services business.
The Responsibilities
Working closely with the General Counsel, you'll handle a varied and stimulating workload, providing legal advice across a range of corporate, regulatory, and commercial matters spanning multiple jurisdictions. The role offers direct involvement with senior management and directors, allowing you to make a tangible impact from day one.
Experience / Qualifications / Education
The ideal candidate will be a qualified lawyer with post-qualification experience, ideally gained in a commercial law firm or in-house environment. Those newly qualified will also be considered. Experience in corporate or funds law, or within a regulated setting, is advantageous. STEP or CGI qualifications are a plus, but support will be offered if you’d like to pursue them.
