Paralegal (Risk & Compliance)

A great opportunity has arisen for a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join an established in-house legal team supporting a group of non-regulated entities.

In this varied role, you’ll assist with a wide range of legal and compliance matters, including third-party supplier onboarding, contract and regulatory reviews, drafting and managing NDAs and data protection agreements, and conducting due diligence checks. You’ll work closely with the legal team to ensure high standards and legal best practices are maintained across the organisation.

We’re looking for someone with prior paralegal or similar experience, ideally gained within a law firm or in-house legal department. A relevant legal qualification is expected. You'll need to be a team player with strong time management and organisational skills, capable of handling competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. A pragmatic approach to risk and the confidence to communicate with colleagues across all levels is key.
