Retail Sales Executive

An opportunity has arisen for an individual who is passionate about wine and delivering excellent customer service to join our small and friendly team at Love Wine! This role is working Saturdays only in our retail outlets and is ideal for someone looking for experience.

·         Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service

·         Welcome and greet customers

·         Ensure the shop is always clean and tidy, internally and externally this includes dusting, mopping and sweeping.

·         Give advice and guidance on product selection to customers

·         Maintain a fully stocked store by following the replenishment procedure

·         Manage point of sale processes

·         Check maintain and manage stock dates and wine vintages

·         Assist in the creation and maintenance of merchandising and displays

·         Previous retail, sales or hospitality experience in a customer facing role

·         A keen interest in wine is imperative

·         Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering superior service

·         Keen attention to detail

·         Adaptable and flexible approach with the ability to work on own initiative

·         Mature outlook and problem-solving skills

·         Team player

·         A good level of IT skills needed

·         Confident and comfortable working face to face with members of the public

·         Physically fit and able to lift cases of wine

·         Smart in appearance

* A comprehensive understanding of wines, spirits and beers would be an advantage

* WSET qualification would be an advantage, not essential
