The Position
A Senior Associate in Change Management is sought to support digital transformation initiatives within a professional services environment.
The Responsibilities
This role will sit within the Tech and Transformation team and play a vital part in driving the successful adoption of new systems and processes. Responsibilities include developing and delivering change strategies, engaging stakeholders, managing communications and training plans, and assessing change readiness.
Experience / Qualifications / Education
The role requires strong communication and project coordination skills, ideally with prior experience in change management and a professional services or tech-driven setting. A relevant degree and a qualification such as Prosci are preferred.
