This modern, privately owned fund administration business with a global presence is seeking a Senior Corporate Administrator to join their Jersey based team.

We are looking for a motivated, organised, and proactive individual to support the General Manager to locate, negotiate, price and purchase goods within a busy Operations Department as well as to oversee Goods-In and stock management. We have an opportunity for a seasonal Animal Care Assistant to join our clinic team to help care for the wildlife and domestic animals that come into the shelter. The team is responsible for the daily feeding, cleaning, medication, and rehabilitation of each animal in their care.

This is a busy and varied role. You will be caring for a large variety of birds, from garden birds and seabirds, to birds of prey and pigeons, as well as reptiles and small animals, including rodents and everyone’s favourite, squirrels!

The team work across a rota to ensure cover is available 7 days a week, therefore weekend work is required. During the busy fledgeling season, you may be required to work outside of normal office hours. Training will be provided by experienced members of the team, but some experience and a love of animals will be a distinct advantage.

To provide assistance to the Recovery & Reorganisation team on a range of restructuring assignments. Working mainly with the Senior Associates, providing support on a portfolio of cases. 

To also provide general clerical and general administrative support to the department and assist the management team on ad hoc tasks and projects. 

 The role involves providing assistance to senior staff members on restructuring and forensic assignments, from the initial client take-on up to the conclusion of the assignment, including tasks such as obtaining and collating the required client disclosure documentation and assisting with client take-on, keeping records up to date and assisting with the day-to-day administration of the assignments.  

The Associate will be involved in general case work to understand the importance of and to implement efficiently good procedures. As they progress, they will develop a basic understanding of restructuring and forensic assignments with a view of administering their own portfolio of cases.  

This is a fixed term contract for 12-15 months with a leading offshore law-firm led professional services business.
