We are looking for a Customer Experience Representative based in our Jersey office, to join us on a temporary basis, initially for a 4-month period.

The Position

You will assist customers in transitioning to new billing packages, provide detailed explanations of new billing features and benefits, address and resolve customer queries related to the migration process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the overall success of the customer migration project 
  • Educate customers on how to use the new My JT app effectively
  • Provide 1st line customer support by investigating, responding and resolving billing enquiries, whilst retaining the customer
  • Establish and maintain knowledge on Company products and services
  • Receive and deal effectively with customer feedback
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment 
  • Comfortable operating several applications/computer systems at the same time
  • Ownership of problems/customer issues and responsibility for outcomes
  • Attention to detail with accurate recording of information 
  • Confidently engage with people and build positive working relationships
  • Excellent communication skills
