The Position
A fabulous opportunity within a privately owned and run insurance and lending specialist with offices in various jurisdictions.
The Responsibilities
The purpose of this role is to advise on and manage all Human Resources issues across the Group.
The role holder will be required to play an active part in the delivery of an efficient HR service to the business by providing comprehensive advice and support to all Islands on all people based activities and oversee and supervise all HR administration day-to-day tasks and processes.
As well as playing an active role in remedying HR issues, the role holder will be responsible for amending and implementing policies and procedures, advising on employment law, undertaking all areas of recruitment and selection, providing statistics to the Board and overseeing the appraisal process.
Experience / Qualifications / Education
We are looking for a highly driven HR professional who holds level 5 CIPD qualification or equivalent with proven experience working as a Senior HR Advisor or HR Manager or equivalent level with managerial experience.
Regular travel to the other offices will be required.
