The Position
This opportunity is within a commercial business and the role holder will form part of a small HR Team supporting approximately 190 employees across the UK, Isle of Man, and Channel Islands.
The Responsibilities
The role holder will provide guidance and support to senior management on a variety of HR-related operational matters, aligning with the business’s objectives and needs. The HRBP ensures that HR policies, practices, and procedures comply with legislative requirements across various jurisdictions while maintaining consistency throughout the company.
Areas of responsibility will cover being the Advisor and Strategic Partner, HR Operations Management, People Plan Implementation, Performance Management, Recruitment and Talent Acquisition, Compliance and Legal Adherence, Onboarding and Offboarding, HR Strategy Execution and Trend Analysis, Employee Programs and Benefits Management, Coaching, Mentoring, and Relationship Building, Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion and Management Information.
Experience / Qualifications / Education
Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar HR environment at a comparable level, a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is advantageous.
