Production Technician

Caprica produces high quality medicinal cannabis in a state-of-the-art cannabis cultivation and production facility in Jersey. Cultivation and post-harvest production activities are conducted under tightly controlled conditions to ensure high quality and consistency across batches.

This role involves working as part of the small team responsible for carrying out all post-harvest activities undertaken within the pharmaceutical part of Caprica’s facility. 

Key tasks involve:

• Carrying out all post-harvest tasks including drying, bucking, trimming, curing, packing, and cleaning.
• Ensuring all activities are carried out in line with Standard Operating Procedures and work instructions.
• Ensuring production records (manual and electronic) are completed accurately and in line with SOPs.
• Ensuring rigorous cleanliness is maintained throughout the facility at all times.
• Ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical accreditation requirements.
• Ad-hoc tasks as requested by the Production Manager. 

Experience packing items to a high degree of accuracy, or experience cleaning commercial facilities is desirable.

• High attention to detail
• Ability to speak, understand and read English 
• Basic computer skills
• Enhanced DBS (Disclosure & Barring Services) Clearance
• Five years residency in Jersey
• References
