The Position
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Support Assistant to join a centralised team in Jersey, providing high-level administrative support to two board-level directors and the wider senior management team.
The Responsibilities
This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless operations, from managing schedules, coordinating travel, and preparing reports to supporting business development activities and maintaining CRM systems. The successful candidate will bring strong organisational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
Experience / Qualifications / Education
Prior experience supporting senior leadership, excellent communication skills, and a strong command of Microsoft Office and CRM tools such as Salesforce are essential. This role is ideal for a confident, professional individual who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
