The Responsibilities
This role offers exposure to a wide range of administrative tasks supporting a diverse portfolio of companies, trusts and related structures.
The successful candidate will assist with preparing draft minutes and resolutions, processing payments, maintaining statutory records and supporting the establishment of new structures such as bank accounts. They will also work closely with colleagues to support client deliverables while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Experience / Qualifications / Education
Strong communication and IT skills are essential, along with a proactive approach and willingness to learn. A good academic background with a minimum 5 GCSE passes grade A-C with English and Mathematics required, and previous office experience would be beneficial. A commitment to working towards a relevant professional qualification is essential.
