The Position
An excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a leading insurance provider in the Channel Islands on a fixed term contract for 9-12 months.
The Responsibilities
As an HR Business Partner, you’ll work closely with business leaders to provide expert HR advice and support. You’ll lead key projects, manage employee relations, and help shape the culture through talent development and engagement initiatives.
Experience / Qualifications / Education
A CIPD qualification (or equivalent) is preferred as well as proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role and strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and employee relations.
