The Responsibilities
The role holder will lead and develop a team dedicated to driving efficiency, quality, and performance across the organisation. The Continuous Improvement Manager will be responsible for identifying, planning, and implementing key projects and initiatives that optimise processes and increase productivity.
Experience / Qualifications / Education
This role requires a deep understanding of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile, as well as exceptional leadership skills to foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
