The Position
A full-time position is available for a Professional Services Engineer to join a client-facing IT support team.
The Responsibilities
This role involves delivering high-quality technical support services both remotely and onsite, including diagnosing and resolving desktop, server, and network issues, installing and configuring IT hardware and software, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Experience / Qualifications / Education
The ideal candidate will be comfortable travelling to client locations, possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and have a solid understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure, and networking fundamentals. Responsibilities also include documenting issues, conducting preventative maintenance, assisting team members, and contributing to ongoing service improvement.
Candidates should hold or be willing to work towards relevant IT certifications and must have a clean driving licence. Strong time management, professionalism, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are essential. The role supports career development and expects a proactive attitude toward learning and service excellence.
