The Position
This leading law firm with a global presence is recruiting for a qualified lawyer with at least 3 years' legal experience in corporate, banking and finance, fund and regulatory work for a 12 month fixed term contract.
The Responsibilities
The Professional Support Lawyer will provide professional and technical legal support to fee earners in the Financial Services and Regulatory practice areas across 4 jurisdictions. In addition, General Counsel advice for the firm.
Principal accountabilities include; standard forms and and precedents, in-house legal matters, current awareness analysis and horizon scanning, building Know How collateral, inspiring client communications, utilising and enabling automation and technology use for effective knowledge management and developing topical technical training and seminars.
This is a great opportunity to assist with some really interesting projects.
This is a part time role, 21 hours per week.
