All the assets of the 1GLOBAL group are held by Jersey companies that act as a quasi multi-family office for the two entrepreneurs. They are managed by a small team based at our offices in St. Helier. 

Position Overview: 

We are seeking a part-time Jersey based Accountant / Finance All-Rounder that will manage competently and autonomously all financial affairs of our Jersey based holding companies that act as multi-family office for our founders. You will be working up to 20-hours per week from our offices in St. Helier – at times that you choose – to record all financial transactions, prepare financial statements on solus basis for each entity, process payments and payroll for 2-3 employees, handling day-to-day banking, and assisting with company secretarial matters. Moreover, as member of the larger finance team of 1GLOBAL you may be asked to assist the team in other group finance areas depending upon you actual Jersey companies’ workload. • Maintaining the financial records of all Group Companies registered in Jersey; 
• Assisting with ensuring the compliance of all Group Companies registered in Jersey to local law requirements; 
• Running payroll for the employees in Jersey; 
• Treasury including managing bank accounts and performig payments; 
• Working with external tax advisors to ensure tax compliance of the  Group Companies registered in Jersey; 
• Coordinating the audits of  the Group Companies registered in Jersey; 
• Assisting with performing any AML and/or KYC activities mandated by law to any of the Group Companies registered in Jersey including acting as MLCO and / or MLRO if required. 

• Proven experience as an accountant, preferably in a similar role. 
• Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles. 
• Familiarity with local laws and regulations in Jersey. 
• Experience with AML and KYC compliance activities. 
• Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills. 
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with external advisors and auditors.
