Tax Analyst

An exciting opportunity with a leading offshore law-firm led professional services business, advising many of the world's leading financial institutions, corporations, public organisations, private equity houses and investment funds, as well as ultra-high net worth individuals and family offices.

Working within the growing Governance Services team, you will be supporting the Tax Associate Director in managing international tax risk and tax reporting. Your primary role will be to work closely with the Associate Director on preparing annual AEOI reporting and supporting the wider business in maintaining tax records. In return, you will be involved in business development initiatives, sharing your ideas and thoughts around tax automation and business efficiencies.

This role is ideal for anyone who already had some exposure to FATCA/CRS compliance and international tax compliance however, specific tax qualifications are not prerequisite.

Practical basic knowledge of corporate, fund and trust structures is required as is demonstrable basic practical knowledge of FATCA/CRS rules, as well as basic understanding of economic substance and general international tax compliance processes.
