• Mastering Product Knowledge: In this role, an in-depth understanding of Stihl, Iseki, Walker, FSI equipment and fertilisers is critical. These products are at the core of our business, serving both professional and private users. Your expertise will enable you to connect with customers, recommend the right solutions, and build lasting trust.

• Sales That Drive Growth: Your ability to sell high-value machinery doesn’t just boost revenue—it establishes long-term service relationships. From servicing to warranty work, every sale keeps customers coming back, offering faster, more reliable on-island support than off-island alternatives.

• Building Team Excellence: Use your knowledge to train and mentor our sales team. By passing on your expertise, you’ll elevate our team’s capabilities and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

• Specialized Expertise: A proven background working with Stihl, Isek, Walker, FSI machinery, fertilisers, and related equipment. A knowledge of arboriculture would also be a tremendous advantage, as we cater to customers using chainsaws, log splitters, and safety gear.

• Sales & Service Know-How: You understand the unique demands of high-value machinery sales and servicing, bringing a solutions-driven approach to help customers succeed.

• Leadership Skills: As a mentor to our sales team, you’ll play a crucial role in fostering their growth and helping them exceed in a competitive market.
