The Position
A permanent Assistant Manager opportunity is available in Jersey within the Executive Compensation Services team.
The Responsibilities
This hybrid/on-site role suits a proactive and ambitious individual with a strong background in fund or incentive structures and experience managing and mentoring others. You’ll lead a portfolio of clients, oversee day-to-day administration, and support junior team members through guidance, training, and performance reviews. The position offers development in specialist areas such as technical expertise, business development, or client onboarding.
Experience / Qualifications / Education
Ideal candidates will be studying towards or hold a professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, ICSA, STEP), possess excellent communication and leadership skills, and demonstrate a strong understanding of local legislation and corporate governance.
