The Responsibilities
We are seeking a results-driven Business Change Manager to lead and develop a team dedicated to driving efficiency, quality, and performance across the organisation.
The role holder will be responsible for identifying, planning, and implementing key projects and initiatives that optimise processes and increase productivity.
Experience / Qualifications / Education
This role requires a deep understanding of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile, as well as exceptional leadership skills to foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Candidates should have proven experience in a continuous improvement, process optimisation, or operational excellence role, with at least 3-5 years in a management position.
