The Position
Become part of an award-winning provider of private wealth, fund, and corporate administration services as a Fund Administration Manager.
The Responsibilities
You’ll take ownership of a complex portfolio of private capital structures and related entities, ensuring exceptional service delivery and a first-class client experience. You will maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, oversee KPI performance across allocated client relationships, actively participate in recruitment processes, and manage regular feedback sessions and performance appraisals for team members. In addition, you will help build and maintain a strong reputation through positive relationships with external stakeholders.
Experience / Qualifications / Education
We’re looking for someone with the ability to lead, manage, and motivate staff in line with the company’s culture of excellence, while promoting continuous improvement through effective coaching, motivation, and leadership. Ideally, you will have at least six years’ experience working within a funds environment, preferably at manager level. A strong understanding of relevant regulatory and legal requirements is essential, along with meeting JFSC Table 4 qualification requirements.
