The Responsibilities

  • Providing high-quality personal care and support to clients in their own homes 
  • Supporting clients with daily routines, including mobility, hygiene, meals and medication 
  • Building positive, respectful relationships with clients and their families 
  • Following individual care plans and reporting any changes in clients’ needs or wellbeing 
  • Communicating clearly with Care Managers and the wider team 
  • Supporting clients to remain independent, comfortable and safe at home 
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date care records 
  • Working reliably as part of a team to ensure continuity of care

Experience / Qualifications / Education

  • Minimum RQF/NVQ Level 2
  • Proven track record of at least 2 years providing care
  • Excellent communication and IT skills 
  • Professional standards of excellence 
  • Able to work independently 
  • Clean driving licence and own transport
