The Position
Are you passionate about turning data into meaningful business insight? As Data Manager at JT, you will play a pivotal role in helping the organisation make smarter, faster and more confident decisions through trusted, high-quality data. You will help JT move from fragmented reporting, local data extracts and inconsistent information towards trusted, governed business data that everyone can rely on. Working at the centre of technology, business operations and analytics, you will lead initiatives that improve how data is governed, managed and used across the organisation, ensuring information becomes a strategic asset rather than a challenge.
This is an exciting opportunity to drive real change by embedding a strong data culture and helping teams unlock the value of their information. This is a hands-on role focused on delivery rather than theory. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to improve data quality, establish clear ownership, and deliver governed data products that support reporting, operational performance and business growth. Your influence will be felt across multiple functions, making this a highly visible and impactful role.
Joining JT means becoming part of a collaborative environment where innovation, continuous improvement and professional development are encouraged. You'll have the opportunity to shape the future of data management within the organisation, work with modern technologies such as Microsoft Fabric and Power BI, and develop expertise that will position you as a key leader in data governance and business intelligence. Your work will help create a trusted foundation for reporting, operational insight and decision-making across JT, improving efficiency, consistency and confidence in business information. If you enjoy solving complex problems, building strong relationships and delivering measurable outcomes, this role offers the opportunity to make a visible and lasting impact across the organisation.
JT is committed to building a diverse and inclusive working environment and JT Family. We will ensure that all individuals are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in job applications, interviews, onboarding processes and beyond. Should you require any support or assistance in making your application, please contact us at [email protected].

Our main priority is colleague wellbeing, and we hope this offers greater opportunity for a work life balance. We aim to offer this approach to all colleagues across the business, but we recognise that there are certain roles that will need to work in a specific way due to their nature, such as our colleagues working in engineering, our contact centres and our retail outlets. We are actively working with our management teams to increase flexibility wherever we can.
