AI & Automation Innovation Manager

SUMMARY

Paul Fraser Collectibles is the world’s largest rare collectibles dealer, managing £50 million+ of rare collectibles.

We are seeking a forward-thinking AI & Automation Innovation Manager to lead the strategic adoption and integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI), including Large Language Models (LLMs), to drive growth, efficiency and innovation across the business. You will be responsible for identifying and implementing AI-powered solutions to attract new buyers, improve customer engagement, scale digital marketing and streamline internal processes.

You’ll act as an internal ambassador and builder identifying opportunities, developing custom automations and guiding teams through the shift towards AI-enhanced working practices.

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic AI Leadership

• Identify and scope inefficiencies or opportunities across the organisation that could benefit from automation or AI
• Develop and execute an AI adoption roadmap tailored to the collectibles market
• Act as an internal expert and evangelist for AI and LLM technologies (eg. ChatGPT, Claude etc.)
• Stay ahead of AI trends, tools and competitors to ensure the company maintains a leading edge in our industry

Customer & Marketing Innovation

• Use AI to generate and optimise engaging, SEO-rich content for blogs, videos, product pages, e-newsletters and global outreach
• Implement AI-driven audience segmentation and email personalisation to increase buyer conversion
• Leverage AI to create targeted digital ad campaigns, social media campaigns and landing pages at scale
• Utilise AI to generate qualified leads at scale and automated sales funnel processes to maximise conversion rates

Operations & Efficiency

• Streamline and partially automate cataloguing, product description generation and historical research using LLMs
• Use AI tools to monitor market trends, pricing shifts and valuation data for rare collectibles
• Explore AI-based solutions for identification, authentication and valuation of collectibles

Data & Analytics

• Develop dashboards and analytics frameworks using AI to monitor buyer behaviour, marketing ROI and sales data
• Support the integration of AI into CRM and eCommerce platforms 
   (Shopify, Pipedrive, Klaviyo) for better insights and automation

Training & Change Management

• Act as a change agent to promote internal understanding and
   responsible use of AI
• Deliver team training sessions and workshops
• Write documentation and maintain internal toolkits for AI workflows, 
   prompts and platform usage

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Experience with AI tools:
   (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Midjourney, Jasper etc.)
• Strong project management skills
• Experience integrating AI into workflows across content, e-commerce (Shopify), CRM or back-office systems
• Experience with eCommerce and customer journey optimisation
• Experience with tools like Zapier, Make.com, Airtable and Google Workspace
• Understanding of data privacy, security and ethical implications of AI
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of collectibles, auction or niche luxury markets (a plus)
