The Position

We’re working with a client seeking a detail-oriented Employee Benefits Administrator to join their busy pensions administration team.

The Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll support the delivery of high-quality service across a range of local and international pension schemes.

You’ll be responsible for maintaining member records, processing payments and contributions, liaising with investment managers, and assisting members with queries. The role also includes calculating benefits, handling reconciliations, and supporting asset transactions—so accuracy and a methodical approach are key.

Experience / Qualifications / Education

Ideally, you’ll bring at least some experience in pensions, fund administration, or banking, and be confident using Microsoft Excel and Word. Strong organisation skills and the ability to prioritise are essential in this fast-paced environment.
