The Position

We’re looking for an Assistant Operations Manager to support the smooth running and ongoing development of a dynamic Fund Services business.

The Responsibilities

This varied role will see you involved in everything from supporting system enhancements and reporting processes, to assisting with board reporting, policy development, and data management. You’ll also play a key part in managing committee deliverables and helping ensure the business meets project milestones and regulatory requirements.

Experience / Qualifications / Education

To succeed, you'll need sharp organisational and analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and a natural ability to manage competing priorities. Experience in fund operations or business change is helpful, but we’re open to candidates who are proactive, process-savvy and ready to make an impact.
