The Position

We’re looking for a bright and motivated individual to join our private wealth and corporate services team in an entry-level administrative role.

The Responsibilities

This is a fantastic opportunity to start your career in corporate administration, gaining hands-on experience across a broad range of tasks. You’ll support day-to-day operations such as drafting correspondence, assisting with payments, maintaining data, handling client due diligence, and general office duties. You’ll also have the chance to work closely with international clients and develop your skills in a supportive, professional environment.

Experience / Qualifications / Education

Full training is provided, along with support to pursue a relevant professional qualification. Strong communication, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn are key. Some office experience is helpful but not essential.
